The Nicholas Group has been established in the Oludeniz region of Turkey since 1984. It currently consists of hotels, restaurants, property design, construction and development, a re-sales department, estate agents, rentals letting agency, maintenance and management departments and many related services.
Founded by a local family, the Directors of the Group, Nurettin and Keramettin Yilmaz, were responsible for building the first hotel and swimming pool in the now popular resort of Hisaronu. The company has grown considerably in the last few years and has expanded further into the design and construction of deluxe villas and apartments. Nicholas Group International has become one of the areas most reputable building companies and employs approximately 160 staff throughout the summer months and employs an additional 300 workers during the winter months to ensure that deadlines are met and the developments are completed on time. The company has the capacity to build around 150 deluxe villas and apartments annually and currently has around 60 villas and 90 apartments under construction with many more exclusive projects planned for the future.

We may have grown to be one of the largest builders in the area but we are still small enough to care about our customers from start to finish, continuing with an excellent after sales service. To underline this, we offer a 10 years structural guarantee on all our properties. Our policy is to use the finest local materials and best local craftsmen thus ensuring all villas and apartments are finished to the highest quality and standard possible.
